From Data to Decision-Making

Where technical excellence meets Strategic Project Impact.

Every project is a complex data ecosystem waiting to be optimized. I approach digital transformation as both a strategic framework and a technical solution—balancing ISO 19650 standards with advanced automation to create infrastructure that is smarter, safer, and more efficient.

By blending computational design with thoughtful Information Management, I help major engineering firms navigate the transition to 4D/5D environments and leave a lasting digital legacy on the built environment.

BIM MANAGER | INFORMATION MANAGER

EGEC/RTCC – NEOM TROJENA WATER TRANSMISSION PROJECT

Project Location: Trojena, NEOM | Role Based in: Riyadh & NEOM

 Governed the Information Management (IM) lifecycle as the primary lead for NEOM delivery, ensuring all 3D, 4A, and 4B submissions adhered to the client’s bespoke digital protocols.

 Managed the technical review of GIS submissions using ArcGIS, overseeing the automated extraction of BIM data into GIS formats to support NEOM’s spatial-temporal project tracking.

 Work collaboratively between the Riyadh coordination team and NEOM site to implement standardized BIM practices across design and construction workflows.

 Established and governed digital information workflows, managing BIM asset models for lifecycle integration (design → construction → operation).

 Conducted and documented Constructability & Maintainability workshops with NEOM, producing 4D simulations, simulation dashboards, and real-time construction visualizations.

 Authored and submitted deliverables including Constructability Reports, Maintainability Action Lists, and simulation-based presentations.

 Provided ongoing support for shop drawing delivery (4A) and testing & commissioning activities through BIM-integrated simulations.

 Acted as Information Management Representative during EGEC’s successful ISO 19650-1:2018 certification, aligning BIM systems with global best practices.

08/2022 – Present

BIM MANAGER | INFORMATION MANAGER

EGEC/PETROJET – THE LINE, NEOM SPINE WATER TRANSMISSION PROJECT

Based in Tabuk, KSA

 Managed BIM delivery and digital coordination for The Line – NEOM Spine Water Transmission Project, ensuring compliance with NEOM’s end-to-end digital delivery requirements.

 Developed advanced automation scripts to model culvert structures at LOD 400, integrating civil inputs into parametric BIM elements for precast, MEP, and pipeline components.

 Established and maintained comprehensive BIM asset models across design, construction, and handover stages.

 Provided technical leadership to the EGEC BIM team, including support in information structuring and automated modeling workflows.

 Coordinated with NEOM GIS departments to ensure the integrity of infrastructure asset data, validating parametric BIM inputs against GIS spatial requirements for pipeline and culvert components.

 Led constructability reviews in collaboration with NEOM Engineering, producing detailed 4D visualizations for critical areas.

11/2022 – 08/2024

BIM MANAGER

EGEC – ROYAL COMMISSION FOR JUBAIL (RCJ) – DIGITAL TWIN PROGRAM
