EGEC/RTCC – NEOM TROJENA WATER TRANSMISSION PROJECT
Project Location: Trojena, NEOM | Role Based in: Riyadh & NEOM
Governed the Information Management (IM) lifecycle as the primary lead for NEOM delivery, ensuring all 3D, 4A, and 4B submissions adhered to the client’s bespoke digital protocols.
Managed the technical review of GIS submissions using ArcGIS, overseeing the automated extraction of BIM data into GIS formats to support NEOM’s spatial-temporal project tracking.
Work collaboratively between the Riyadh coordination team and NEOM site to implement standardized BIM practices across design and construction workflows.
Established and governed digital information workflows, managing BIM asset models for lifecycle integration (design → construction → operation).
Conducted and documented Constructability & Maintainability workshops with NEOM, producing 4D simulations, simulation dashboards, and real-time construction visualizations.
Authored and submitted deliverables including Constructability Reports, Maintainability Action Lists, and simulation-based presentations.
